- We never take rent or deposits. Anyone asking for money before you have seen the room in person is a scam.
- Never send ID photos
- A real poster never needs photos of your passport, ID or bank card before you move in. Scammers use them for fraud.
- Meet in person
- View the room, meet the people you'd live with, and only then agree terms. Be wary of anyone who is always abroad.
- Ask about the tenancy
- If someone is re-letting their room, ask them to confirm the landlord has agreed before you move in.
